Swift's new album, Speak Now, released just two years after the first one, consolidated the success of this album. It helped propel Swift to the heights of fame. Swift's popularity continued to grow over her next three albums - Red (2012) 1989 (2014) and Reputation (2017) Reputation (2017) and found her moving assuredly into a realm of pop music where she already belonged. Although she slowed down the production of her folklore album, and Evermore albums in the year 2020, she was still at the forefront of pop music.
